Competitor accreditation check in opens for each sport one hour prior to the first fixtured game/race/match.
Competitors must be accredited prior to taking the field. In the case where a team has failed to accredit enough competitors before the competition commences, a forfeit may result.
Prior to their first game/race/match each day, all competitors are required to sign their accreditation team sheet and present their accreditation pass and student photo ID. A sports specific stamp will then be placed onto each competitor's wrist. Each competitor must display their stamp to the referee/umpire before their game/race/match starts.
NOTE: this process will be stringently adhered to.
A competitor without a stamp will not be permitted to take the field of play (eg court, oval, field, etc). It is the responsibility of each competitor, in subsequent matches during the day, to ensure their stamp is recognisable. If not, the competitor must reaccredit themselves prior to their next game/race/match.
A competitor who has misplaced their student photo ID and/or accreditation pass, may be permitted to compete once they have completed a 'Player Under Protest Form'. It is the responsibility of the competitor and team officials to verify their accreditation (via the Games Centre) prior to the start of their next fixtured game/race/match. Failure to present the appropriate accreditation pass and/or student photo ID will result in their game/race/match being forfeited.
